NO SMOKING, PETS, PERFUME, or HEAVILY SCENTED PRODUCTS and, we're sorry, no young children... We are going for a green facility as much as possible, not that children aren’t green, we’re just not set up child safe or proof.
LODGING POLICIES
Minimum Stay: Two night minimum stay required on all weekends throughout the year. Holiday weekends are a three night minimum stay.
Rates: Rates include a country breakfast served at 9:00 am, wireless Internet, and are subject to a 15% tax and handling.
Payment: A credit card number will be taken (Visa, MC, Amex) at the time of booking and will be held for security purposes and to hold your reservation for three days, by then we must receive a check for 100% of your reservation. Last minute reservations will be paid by cash only upon arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Monies will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 30 days in advance, after that time there will be no refunds, or credits. We are a small inn, off the beaten path, it is very difficult to re-rent your room on short notice. The Cancellation fee is 15% before thirty days..
