at this former small hunting lodge renovated into an exclusive, posh retreat
for the discriminating guest.
A Bed and Breakfast.

may be in a private residence licensed for guests.
Bed & Breakfasts generally appeal to guests who desire a more
personal interaction with their destination.)

And one recommendation that wasn't on Trip Advisor:
"I came to this spot seeking quiet, perspective and guidance. The views, both the expanse
of "the mountain" and in the immediate enviros are stunningly constructed to invite
just that "perspective." Patricia's sense of aesthetic informs every choice from outdoor
sculpture gracing the grounds, to the gazebo with hammock, to the nuanced choices of
fabric and color in the interior.
These accommodations are elegant and inspired without being precious; the food is delicious
and nurturing. And then, there is Patricia, herself....a consummate host full of spirit,
humor, wisdom and grace."
A TOUR OF A MOUNTAIN VIEW RETREAT
A full, mostly organic, country breakfast is served each morning at nine.

After numerous requests, here is the recipe
for my
Herb Scrambled Cheddar Eggs
Brown butter in Skillet
Put in two eggs per person DO NOT BREAK THE YOKES
Sprinkle in shredded cheddar cheese
A little seasoning salt (I use Lawry's)
A little dill, fresh or bottle (chopped fine)
NOW here's the secret, while cooking use the spatula around the yokes.
Don't break the yokes until the white has been scrambled
and mostly cooked
and then
at the last minute scramble in the yokes.
Voila! Patricia's Herb Scrambled Cheddar Eggs

ABOUT YOUR HOSTESS:

Her first book, If You Hear the Message Three Times, Listen was written in New Mexico. When asked the subject, she replies, "It's about self-healing, self discovery and enlightenment, that's all you're allowed to write about in New Mexico." She goes on with a smile to say the book is her stories told with her sense of humor, and promises if the reader is not totally enlightened, they will be entertained! From twenty years of studying psychic, energy and spiritual healing around the world, Patricia has become a remarkable Intuitive Coach, reader and gifted healer.
What is Intuitive Coaching?
In a heart-centered Intuitive Coaching session Patricia works together with her clients using intuition as well as the many other modalities covered in her book to help achieve their goals, good health and work through obstacles. Rather than always telling what she sees, she guides her clients into their own inner wisdom to learn the answers for themselves creating tools for on-going self-healing and self-discovery. Intuitive Coaching is a dynamic process designed to create a stronger, healthier future.
Patricia also does heart-centered intuitive Tarot readings. She is not aligned with any particular religion or tradition, and excludes none.
Sessions are 45 minutes in person or by phone. For more information go to: http://patriciaheller.com/coaching.html Please email Patricia at patriciaheller2@yahoo.com for rates and to schedule a session or call 518 537-8444.
